how does buying from craftmasters support makers?
Unlike most galleries Craftmasters offers it’s makers a fair price for their work and gives a percentage of profits back into heritage skills training - click here for more details on how we help protect important skills.
Can I visit the gallery?
Please note we are an online gallery and we do not have a real world shop, nor do we keep stock at our office. However we can arrange to show objects to you, through your interior designer or architect… or directly with you.
Can I visit an artist in their studio?
Yes! This can often be arranged and it’s something we are always encourage, we can also organise ZOOM visits! Visiting a maker in their studio and getting to know them really gives you an incredible insight into their practice.
Where are you based?
Our office is based in the rolling Cotswold Hills, we are frequently in London or Edinburgh, or out and about visiting our wonderful makers in their studios.
how do you deliver?
In order that your delivery is shipped to you safely (and insured) we use Royal Mail Guaranteed within the UK. Goods must be signed for, so we arrange delivery dates to suit you, this is done after funds have cleared our online shop or by bank transfer. We can also arrange to deliver in person.
For international delivery we ship by courier, shipping is passed on at cost - if you are interested in a piece being shipped outside the UK please phone us for a quote on 07710 215867 or drop us a message through our contact page,
Our parcels are wrapped using acid free tissue to museum standards, your order will be in a gift box and we also include a special anti tarnish storage bag.
We are happy to include a gift card if you are sending the parcel as a gift.
do you deliver internationally?
Yes we do, however delivery charges are a little more complex, so if you would like to place an order please contact us to get a shipping quote.
